A status card is a compact read model of an engagement, built for a quick answer rather than a full record. It is what a dashboard or an agent reads to know where things stand and what happens next.

Fields

Example

status-card.json
A status card reflects state. It does not change it, and nothing that writes back to it exists on a public surface. An agent should use the card to plan and to inform a human, then stop, per the Agent guide. The state values it can carry are defined in Public states.
